Can I cancel my Pedal Plan subscription?

You may return your bike and cancel your subscription at any time, with no quibbles. Pedal Plan is designed to be flexible and we understand that circumstances change.

If your subscription is within the first 12 months of the contract term and you haven't purchased Pedal Plan Protection Cover there is an additional charge, this is in place to offset the depreciation of the bike from the shortened rental period. Early return charges range from £14.99 - £24.99 depending on the size and cost of the bike, this can be found in your contract.

To save further costs you may return you bike directly to distribution partner at no charge or alternatively arrange a return by emailing us at [email protected]

Courier charge is £19.99

Please note: If the bike is not ready for the collection, an additional fee will be charged.

Why is there a return fee?

The fee helps to cover the collection of your bike and dispatch of a box to pack it up if required, we don't profit from this charge. Charging for this separately helps keep monthly bike subscription costs low. Our preference is that you return the bike via our distribution partners, this reduces costs for all parties involved and lowers our carbon footprint!

When will my direct debit be cancelled?

Your direct debit subscription will be cancelled once we receive the bike, as you will appreciate, we need to have received the bike prior cancelling the transaction.
