Refund Policy

Immediate Refund

We run a soft credit check for all new members. If you are not successful, we will cancel your order immediately.

If a payment has already been taken then a refund will be processed immediately on our end. It can take up to 10 working days for your bank to process the refund.

Cancelling your subscription

Refund within 14 days

You have the right to cancel at any time from the moment you place your order to up to 14 days from the day you receive a bike. This is referred to as a 'cooling-off period'.

The bike must be unused, with packaging still attached (if applicable).

You need to notify your Fox Cycling representative that you wish to cancel your order within this time period, or email us at [email protected]

You will receive a full refund of your first monthly payment but will be responsible for any damage over and above general wear and tear.

Cancelling after 14 days

If you are cancelling your subscription you can personally return a bike directly to your Fox Cycling representative to avoid courier fees. Please ensure you get in touch with your Fox Cycling representative before returning a bike.

There is an alternative pick-up service with a fee of £19.99 per bike in order to cover courier costs. This service can be arranged by contacting [email protected]

Pedal Plan will cancel your monthly payments once the bike has been returned to a Fox Cycling representative, or to our warehouse if the pick-up service has been selected. Surplus payments that may have occurred whilst the bike was in transit will be refunded.

Please note that if you cancel within the first 12 months of your contract you will be liable for an early return charge, unless you opted for Pedal Plan Protection Cover (PPPC). The early return change ranges from £14.99 - £24.99 depending on the size and cost of the bike. Details can be found in your contract.

Returning faulty goods

If you receive goods that are faulty and don't do what they're supposed to, or don't match the description given, you have the same rights under the Consumer Rights Act as you have when buying face to face.

In this case, we need to be contacted within 14 days from the delivery date. Drop up an email at [email protected] or contact your Fox Cycling representative. In most scenarios we can usually help via video call.

Please do not attempt repairs yourself without contacting us or your Fox Cycling representative beforehand.
